David Lindahl

David C. Lindahl is a commercial real estate investor, author, and educator. For more than 30 years he has bought and repositioned multifamily and commercial property, taught other investors how to do the same, and written books that reached #1 on release.

He started in the Boston area with small service businesses, then moved into property, brokerage, investor education, and software. He has worked deals across dozens of markets and taught thousands of students. Some of those students now run large portfolios.

He is the author of books on multifamily investing, emerging markets, commercial real estate, building a second income, and how AI is changing real estate ownership. His current book is The AI Manifesto for Real Estate Investors.

Today his work is split between investing, writing, and two operating businesses: Deal Makers Society, a free community for investors, and Focus Zone, private offices in Rockland, Massachusetts.

Primary interests outside his children: investing, AI, self-improvement, and longevity.
